Mass Disconnect's Rear Skid is the ONLY rear suspension made for hardcore aggressive mountain riders. No a flashy shock package is NOT a new suspension or model. Geometry for mountain sleds hasn't changed in 30 years and OEMs have leaned on the advancements in shock technology. 40% more travel than OEMs The only suspension that optimized for a lock out style rear shock. Lighter than stock but that was not the main goal. Designed for jumps this skid was made for jumps. Using our full composite mono rail, that is stronger than OEM braced dual rails, the rear swing arm is placed to have a better weight balance feel as well as removing the feeling of washout that is common in other mono rail systems. With dual main shocks to shock up bumps and big hit we packaged them as far forward as possible so any weight is toward the rider without adding unsprung mass. The Track takes a more efficient path to free up more horsepower while also carrying less snow weight. Sled is able to climb the same as stock skid that has 1 track size up. This same suspension used in our flag ship sleds is arguably more important to the performance than the super light weight!
